A Love So Rare has an open full custom slot for the month of July. If you’re interested in a full custom, handwoven baby wrap experience with ALSR read through our terms and then fill in the form below. Slot will be randomly drawn from all entries on Wednesday July 4th at 7:30pm mst.
The full custom process:
The custom process usually takes about 8 weeks from getting your custom offer, to the finished product coming off the loom. There is a $200 custom design fee (separate from the final price per metre,) this will be due within 48 hrs of accepting your custom slot and covers the extra time that goes into designing a wrap with a customer. Upon completion of the project 75% of this fee will be put towards the balance owing. This fee will only be refunded if ALSR is unable to complete the custom holders project in a reasonable time frame and if this delay is not attributed to the custom holder. In this event the custom holder will have the choice to have the fee be refunded OR to retain
the rights to use the design with another weaver. There is no commitment to purchase any of the custom pieces until the customer sees the final product, however, when the project has been completed to agreed specifications the design fee will not be refunded.
We offer plain and mercerized cotton, cottolin, bamboo and hemp (natural only,) Tencel,
superwash wool and silk as well as exotic blends when available. Wraps start at $106/mtr for 100% plain cotton in plain weave. The price lists are based on an 8/2 cotton mill dyed warp and mill dyed wefts. Alternative warp fibres and hand dyed warp and wefts are available for an additional charge. ALSR baby wraps can only ship to Canadian addresses.
